What you’ll do

Conceptualize, design, produce video projects on time and within budget.  Assists with coordination and scheduling between departments, vendors and talent.   Drive the pre-production creative process offering ideas and providing input during shoots.  Develop and maintain production schedules as well as facilitate the creation of scripts between internal clients, marketing managers and copywriters.

 

What your day will look like

From online training to the latest product reveal video, each day presents new and exciting projects.  You’ll work on strategic initiatives with internal stakeholders from concept to completion and coordinate between departments and the video team.

 

Technology you’ll use

Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.

 

Other skills you’ll need

  • Eagerness to solve problems, learn, and share knowledge.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and work independently.
  • 2 + years of experience in a corporate or video production agency required
  • Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects.
  • Passion for everything that goes into production.
  • Storyboarding and developing narratives a plus
  • Must be willing to travel 10% and have flexibility to work extended hours and weekends if needed.
